These settings are internal. Screws, clips, connectors, tape, sleeving, fixings, drill bits and tool wear are calculated inside the materials/consumables allowance, but the customer only sees clean grouped lines.
Saved once in Settings: hourly rates, materials markup, callout fees and VAT are business defaults you set up once in Settings on first use, then only update periodically. They are not customer-facing and are not asked on every quote.
