Common questions

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. 14 days, full access, no card. If you don't add a card at the end, your account just pauses — your data stays safe.

What if I do more than one trade?

Solo gives you one trade calculator. If you genuinely do 2+ trades, the Crew plan unlocks every calculator on the platform — but it's only worth it from 5 users up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in Settings. No phone call, no "are you sure" forms, no minimum term. Export all your data first if you want it.

Why monthly and not one-off?

Because we update it every week — new features, new trades, better PDFs, calendar improvements. Monthly means you always get the latest, not a frozen version from when you bought it.

Will the price ever go up on me?

If you sign up at £19/month, your price stays £19/month for as long as you're a customer. Annual plans lock in for 12 months at a time.

Is my customer data safe?

Encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit, hosted on enterprise infrastructure. Only you can see your customers and quotes — not us, not anyone else.
